Hi,

My name 's Meloe, and I'm an archaeology student. I love foreign languages and especially english.
I just love the sounds and rythm of the english language and I enjoy reading and watching movies and TV dramas in English.
I so much love english because I feel it's the best way to exprim sentiments. When I'm upset or deeply moved or just really happy, my brain automatically switches to English, though I do a lot of mistakes.
So i'm glad to know that such a forum is born, and I hope it'll help me to improve my expression.

Right now it's a little empty but I really hope that more members are going to register in the next few days.

Your feelings about english are so moving.
I am totally in love with that language too.
I started learning english around 10 years ago and I'm still really addicted to it.
I read in English, I watch TV shows and movies in English and I'm proud of myself, remembering how plenty of work I had to do in the past.
Of course, I know that I still have to improve but, you know, I'm still a student and I still have chances to do so.

Anyway, I hope we are going to share much and many on this forum

Have you ever thought to write your book reviews (or some of them) in English ? Could be an intersting exercise for you and your studies.

I already thought about it, I mean, writing my book reviews in english but I've had no reason to do it yet.
I've read the Harry Potter books in english but in this time, I had no blog yet.
Right now, I'm reading books in english for my studies at the university. Maybe I could review them in english too

As for me, I seriously think about reviewing books in English. Ok, it'll be far from perfect but it can realy be a good way to practise, and maybe it'll also give me the opportunity to start and talk with english and american bloggers. I would love that !

It's not always easy, but it's a good exercise to do so. I'm doing it for almost a year now, with a friend, and I've been told I'm better at it now than at first.
